March 01 - First in Line

The MfX import-label released yet another set of limited editions of their “First in Line” title which contains audience-recordings of the February 1st. 1974 Dinner and Midnight Show performances.

MfX label  label decided to produce a standard edition with four different sleeve variations, a deluxe edition with 2 different sleeves packed in a deluxe boxset.

Details Standard Edition:
Deluxe long-box digipack in four sleeve variations of 100 hand-numbered copies each. Comes with an 8-page fold-out booklet that folds-out as a poster (also in four variations). Liner-notes on the January / February 1974 tour including a collection of live photographs, newspapers clippings and memorabilia from March 1974. As a bonus a high glossy card.

Details Deluxe Edition:
A deluxe box-set edition in a blue and a white variation of 50 hand-numbered copies each. Packed in  a glossy box-set (30 x 16 x 3 cm) with a fold-out art-print posters containing the CDs, a cassette (blue and white) containing the complete February 9, 1974 Closing Show in improved sound and finally three fold-out art cards (44 x 20 cm) and a 100-page A5 sized notebook.

The Original EP Collection

The Reel To Reel label released volume 5 in their "The Original EP Collection" series. It contains the original EP's "Elvis Presley: Volume 2" and "Strictly Elvis".

Side B: Long Tall Sally / First In Line / How Do You Think I Feel - How's The World Treating You.
