Today on the 110th birthday of Colonel Tom Parker, and on the day that Elvis gave his last concert 42 years ago, a plaque was revealed in the Dutch city Breda where he was born in 1909. The plaque was revealed by a cousin of the Colonel Ad Van Kuijk. (Source: ElvisMatters)
