The Venus Productions import label announced the release of "On A Jet To The Promised Land" containing unreleased studio recordings from the December 1973 "Promised Land" sessions. The sound quality is again better than ever before, according to the press-release. The CD comes in a cd-single cardboard slipcase. This was no april fool's joke, the CD found it's way to fans within a few days.

According to the official RIAA website, the documentary "He Touched Me: The Gospel Songs Of Elvis Presley" was awarded a Gold and Platinum Awards.
Volume One was awarded a Video (Longform) Platinum Award = 100,000 units.
Volume Two was awarded 2x Video (Longform) Platinum Award = 200,000 units.
