The discography book "Elvis - A Life In Music" will be re-issued in a German edition in February 2017 as "Elvis - A Life In Music: Die kompletten Aufnahme-Sessions 1953 - 1977 / Alle offiziellen Tonträger 1954 - 2015" by Coscoc Grand Palace Publishing. This 676 page edition is an update of the original book containing all the recording-sessions between 1953 and 1977 and all official releases from 1954 to 2015. 

The additions to the original book were made by Helmut Rademacher, publisher of the Gemrnan "Golden Boy Elvis" magazine and the translation was done by Michael Widemann who also translated the two Peter Guralnicks books on Elvis Presley "Last Train to Memphis" and "Careless Love".

Hot Shot Books


Joe Tunzi's JAT Publising announced two new releases; volume 8 in the "Hot Shots And Cool Clips" series and a revised edition of "The Definitive Artwork of Elvis Presley".

The DVD contains footage of Elvis in Chicago 1957, Elvis on leave from the army in 1958 and rare Memphis clips from 1961 and more. It will be packed in a Vegas Menu reproduction. 

Top 40

Sony Music Entertainment released the 2CD set “Top 40 Elvis - His Ultimate Top 40 Collection”.
