Sony Legacy released the “The Best Of The '68 Comeback Special” album as a new companion album to the NBC star-studded tribute special celebrating "The King of Rock 'N' Roll's" 1968 television special. It contains a selection of tracks from the original album, three classic hits as bonus tracks and a new duet with Carrie Underwood, Shawn Mendes, Post Malone, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton on “If I Can Dream”.
When you buy the album at Walmart you get a 2 disc set with the original special on DVD as a bonus.

Here is a preview of the upcoming NBC All Star tribute to the network's iconic 1968 special that put Elvis Presley back on the map. From Ken Ehrlich, veteran executive producer of the Grammy Awards and a multi-Emmy Award nominee, the two-hour special will feature an all-star group of music superstars who will pay tribute to Elvis, recreating the spectacle - even the staging - of that legendary night. Elvis' December 3, 1968 special was his first live television performance since 1961 and a monumental television event.
The all-star group of music superstars performing include Post Malone, Ed Sheeran, Alessia Cara, Shawn Mendes, Adam Lambert, and Kelsea Ballerini. Also joining them are the established names of Blake Shelton, John Fogerty, Dierks Bentley, Keith Urban, Jennifer Lopez, Josh Groban, John Legend, Darius Rucker, Pistol Annies, Carrie Underwood, Little Big Town, and Mac Davis.
