December 17 - EPE vs The Final Curtain Press-release

According to ElvisMatters various webmasters were asked to immediatelty take down, or block access to, the pages of their Elvis websites featuring the information on the "Elvis '77 - The Final Curtain" box set.

The box set "Elvis is an infringement of their intellectual Property Rights according to Elvis Presley Enterprises' (EPE), and their solicitors are not looking the other way this time. It seems that EPE is not planning on pretending as if nothing happened, as they are very concerned about the release of the unreleased footage, soundboards and coffee table book.

But despite this request the producers behind the set released a press-release with the definitive information on this import release which found it's way to the fans around the world.
