The posthumous Elvis Presley album "If I Can Dream" is at number one on the UK Record Store Chart this week, moving Adele ‘s ‘25‘ down one place. With no new entries inside the Top 20 during this first week of 2016, Justin Bieber, Coldplay and Little Mix complete the Top 5, while the remastered edition of The Beatles "1" compilation is down to #19.
Launched in conjunction with the Record Store Day celebrations of 2012, the UK Record Store Chart aims to support Britain’s independent music shops and is compiled entirely from sales registered at 100 of those leading outlets.

The singer’s 25 album beat the FIFA 16 computer game to become the best-selling home entertainment title of 2015 and help drive a 4 per cent increase in UK music sales. Despite its release just six weeks before the end of the year, 25 racked up 2.6m CD and download sales. The album recorded 88,000 more sales than FIFA 16, the year’s blockbuster computer game, figures from the Entertainment Retailers Association (ERA) showed.
