September 15 - King in the Ring (Updated Charts)

The 2018 Record Store Day release "The King in the Ring" appears to be due as a double CD  from Sony Legacy on November 30, 2018. 

Elvis Presley: Stories Behind the Songs

Due from Ibri Publishing Ltd on December 3, 2018 is the 200 pages paperback book "Elvis Presley: Stories Behind the Songs" by Matt Shepherd. The book was released as a digital series before, and will be issued in print for the first time.

About the Author:
Matt Shepherd has presented several shows over the years for BBC Local Radio on Elvis Presley, including more than 50 with his good friend Freddy Zapp on BBC Radio Cornwall. Matt has been an Elvis fan for more than 30 years and has amassed a huge collection of hundreds of records and Elvis information over the years. He has written Elvis related articles for the BBC News website and Elvis publications. His has also interviewed many of Elvis' friends over the last few decades including Jerry Schilling, George Klein, Larry Gellar and the late Joe Esposito.

  • The "Elvis Presley: The Searcher" soundtrack dropped off the Belgian Ultratop Album chart. from last week's #191 spot. 
Australia
  • The "The King Of Rock’n’Roll" dropped from #25 to #35 on the Australian Music DVD chart.
US Billboard Charts
  • The "Where No One Stands Alone" compilation dropped from #26 to #70 on the US Billboard Album Sales Chart. 
  • The "Where No One Stands Alone" compilation dropped from #3 to #7 on the US Billboard Christian Album Chart. 
  • The "Ultimate Gospel" compilation climbed from #23 to #18 on the US Billboard Classical Album Chart.
