The show was previously released in Mono by the Follow That Dream collector's label on the 2-CD set 'Nevada Nights' (2008), but also on 'If You Talk In Your Sleep' (Fort Baxter, 1994) and 'From Sunset Boulevard To Paradise Road' (Diamond Anniversary Edition, 1995).
