Back in 2009 Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia and Sony/BMG Spain released some of Elvis' best albums in a series of illustrated 30 pages hard-cover books containing the CD discography and biography of Elvis. The series was entitled 'Essential Collection'. Italy followed in 2010. This series is now available to collect for U.K. fans through a monthly subscription. The series consists of 20 of Elvis' very best albums selected to form the collection. Each book is divided into the following chapters; Recording sessions, The musicians, The songs & The Legacy. Each book also comes with a biography where you can read all about his family, friends and his attempts to balance his public and private life. Albums included are:
