Posted last December 17th in Memphis, but due to the impact of Covid-19 on all postal services, just arrived today is the annual Fan Club President's Christmas card / CD that EPE sends out to the Fan Club Presidents around the world.
This year's CD is entitled 'Christmas Classics' containing the songs 'White Christmas', 'Silver Bells' and 'I'll Be Home For Christmas'. The cover features artwork by Joe Petruccio, inside a message from the Presley family and the Graceland staff.
Dear Friends,
As we approach the close of 2020, we look back on this unprecedented year with mixed emotions on both the challenges and opportunities it presented to us.
While we all had be further apart this year, we found new ways to connect, even from a distance. From our first-ever Virtual Elvis Week to Facebook Lives that took you inside the Graceland Archives, fans from across the globe collectively gathered together to enjoy these online experiences that brought them a little close to the king. For fans who made the journey to Memphis, our socially-distanced Graceland Mansion tours offered the opportunity to walk in Elvis' footsteps like never before.
We look forward to 2021 and the opportunities we will have to gather together again in person to celebrate Elvis' legacy.
As always, we would like to extend our sincere thank you to you the fans, who continue to support Elvis' legacy and spread love and joy through your charitable endeavors. We wish you and your loved ones a peaceful, healthy and safe holiday - and send our warmest wishes for a bright and merry new year.
With Love,
The Presley Family & The Staff of Elvis Presley's Graceland
