Several copies appeared on eBay, but officially the dealers have not yet received word on from the Follow That Dream record label that their orders had been shipped. These eBay listings were later retracted.
The official release date for this set is August 2026, together with the 'Summer Night' 4-CD-set and the 'Promised Land' double LP.
'Summer Night' will be released as a 4-CD 5-inch digipack and features Evening Concert performances from Des Moines June 20 1974, Philadelphia June 23, Columbus June 25 and Milwaukee June 28, 1974. The concerts feature all of the songs that were recorded - in Mono - by the engineer during the June 1974 tour.

Mick Jagger still regrets not meeting his hero Elvis. In the 'Conan O'Brien Needs A Friend' podcast Mick Jagger tells the story of how John Lennon told him not to meet Elvis after The Beatles August 1965 meet-up at Elvis' home in Bel Air. Conan O'Brien suggests that The Beatles were all "high" at the time so none of their memories of the event match.
