January 07 - No Golden Globe

Cailee Spaeny did not win a Golden Globe in the category 'Best actress - Drama' for her portrayal of 'Priscilla' in the movie with the same title. The award was won by Lily Gladstone for her role in 'Killers of the Flower Moon'.

The 'Priscilla movie opened in theaters outside the United States earlier this month.

Last year Austin Butler took home the award for 'Best Actor - Drama' for his portrayal of Elvis Presley in Baz Luhrmann's 'ELVIS' movie. That was also the last public event in which we saw Lisa Marie Presley.

Riley Keough was nominated in the category 'Best Performance by an Actress in a Limited Series, Anthology Series, or Motion Picture Made for Television' for her role in 'Daisy Jones & the Six', but lost to Ali Wong for her performance in 'Beef'. The series had two additional nominations, but lost those to the 'Beef' series too.
