Forbes noted:

Elvis Presley is a name that never fades from popularity. His music remains immensely popular all around the world, even decades after his death. The pioneering superstar’s catalog continues to rack up streams and sales week after week, but sometimes, he’s able to rise on the charts as interest in his work surges.

This frame has turned out to be a great example of when Presley can climb. The rocker appears on three Billboard charts this week, and he’s gaining ground on all of them with his 'ELV1S 30 #1 Hits' compilation.

That album jumps 19 spots on the Billboard 200 this frame. That means that 'ELV1S 30 #1 Hits' passes over nearly 10% of the entire ranking in one sizable leap, which is no easy feat for a set that’s not new to the tally and which doesn’t have a timely reason to soar.

This week, 'ELV1S 30 #1 Hits' Hits makes a home at No. 170 on the ranking of the most-consumed albums in the U.S. Last frame, it sat down at No. 189. According to Luminate, the title moved another 8,800 copies in the past tracking period. That’s up more than 6% from one week to the next.

What must be thousands of streams–as well as nearly 900 pure sales–help 'ELV1S 30 #1 Hits' improve its standing on two other tallies as well. Billboard has classified Presley’s singles collection as both rock and country, so it’s eligible to appear on genre-specific lists for both styles, and it does just that again this frame.
