The January / February Soundboard Recordings

The CDs feature the soundboard recordings from January/February 1971 as originally recorded, plus some bonus recordings. Not all recordings from Opening Night (January 26) were released by the FTD label like ‘Love Me Tender’, ‘The Wonder of You’, ‘Make The World Go Away’ and others, + the recordings from Closing Night (February 23) were not available through the label. However, they can be heard on this set, making it a nice addition to the FTD label. We prefer the original sound, so we have not applied any fake stereo effects. Together with the extras such as replica postcards, etc., this has become a fine set for collectors and fans.
