Due for release on January 12, 2024 from the Waxtime record label in their 'Picture Disc Series' is a Picture Disc re-issue of Elvis' debut album on 180 Gr. colored vinyl.

The album contains 'Hound dog', 'Love Me Tender', 'Shake rattle and Roll' and 'Heartbreak Hotel' as bonus tracks.

The Music on Vinyl record label announced the December 1, 2023 re-release of Elvis' 'Back In Memphis' LP as a Limited edition of 2,500 individually numbered copies on translucent red colored vinyl.

Publicity stated: 'Back In Memphis' is the follow-up to the highly acclaimed 1969 Memphis Sessions, produced by Chips Moman. The recordings on 'Back In Memphis' are the product of the same sessions as the popular 'From Elvis In Memphis', but fans know that 'Back In Memphis' is much more than a collection of leftovers. 

Elvis’ rendition of Percy Mayfield 'Stranger In My Home Town' is a favorite hidden gem among Elvis aficionados. 

The album is praised for Elvis’ vocal delivery. This can be heard on 'Without Love', a beautiful ode to Clyde McPhatter, one of the great soul inspirations in Elvis’ life. 'Back In Memphis' is a limited edition on translucent red colored vinyl.
