The JAS Record Label announced the September 2026 release of the CD 'Jailhouse Rock & Love Me Tender', a double feature presentation bringing together the soundtracks from two of Elvis Presley's most celebrated 1950s motion pictures.
For collectors who appreciate the original recordings as they were first released, the original mono masters are also included, making this a definitive edition for both mono and stereo enthusiasts.
A particular highlight of this collection is the previously unreleased 'Love Me Tender – Undubbed End Title' available here for the very first time. The release also includes the Movie Version of 'Treat Me Nice' in Stereo, together with a beautifully produced full-colour eight-page booklet featuring notes and artwork that complement the music.

Graceland Legends
Elvis Presley’s Graceland announced that the next inductees to the Graceland Legends program will be former members of J.D. Sumner & The Stamps Quartet.
One of the great names in Southern gospel, J.D. Sumner and the Stamps Quartet was Elvis' male backing vocal group during his concerts from 1971 to 1977, and they worked with him in the recording studio as well. J.D. Sumner himself befriended Elvis when Elvis was just a teenager attending gospel sings at Ellis Auditorium in Memphis, so their connection spanned far more than just their years working together on stage.
Members of J.D. Sumner and The Stamps Quartet who sang with Elvis in the studio or on stage include J.D. Sumner, Ed Enoch, Bill Baize, Donnie Sumner, Ed Hill, Larry Strickland, Richard Sterban, and Dave Rowland.
Graceland Legends is designed to honor and recognize the musicians and musical groups who were an integral part of Elvis Presley’s legendary career. In addition to being recognized in a ceremony at Graceland, the honorees will also be added to the Graceland Legends exhibit at Graceland.
Past Graceland Legends inductees include James Burton, Ronnie Tutt, Glen Hardin, Jerry Scheff, Scotty Moore, Bill Black, DJ Fontana, David Briggs, Norbert Putnam, Charlie McCoy, The Jordanaires, the Sweet Inspirations, and The Imperials.
The induction ceremony and recognition for the group will occur at Elvis Week 2026 during Conversations on Elvis on August 15. Larry Strickland will appear to accept the honor, along with other family members attending on behalf of their honorees.
