January 27 - Vintage Rock from Memphis to Chicago

Volume 55 of the Vintage Rock magazine turned back the clock 65 years to the big bang of UK rock’n’roll when Bill Haley thrilled the nation’s teenagers in 1957 as the first big-name U.S. star to tour the United Kingdom.

The magazine also celebrates the 70th anniversary of the formation of Sun Records and take a glimpse at the seminal label’s first 12 months as it established a name for itself. The King makes an appearance this issue via an extract from Gary Parker’s new book 'The Sonic Swagger Of Elvis Presley'. Elvis also makes an appearance in the review section.

Volume 467 of the Now Dig This magazine also features a review of the latest Follow That Dream box-set in the article ''Treat Me Nice - The Making Of Jailhouse Rock'.
