Publicity for ‘Elvis In Paris’ stated: The 2019 vinyl album ‘Elvis in Paris’ commemorated the 60th anniversary of Elvis' visit to our capital, in June 1959. At that time, the French fans discovered two albums, ‘King Creole’ and ‘Elvis' Gold Records volume 2’. On this set you'll find the songs from the original LP with 10 bonus tracks from the same period. The French fans never forgot that Paris is the only European capital that Elvis chose to visit, three times!
The albums were produced by Jean-Marie Pouzenc, and all songs were remastered for these CD re-issues.
