October 10 - New Vinyl on Record

Two new vinyl sets were announced: 'Elvis Presley - August '74' and 'California Ballads 1960–1968', both come on 180-gram colored vinyl.

This remarkable collection brings together 13 live tracks from eight different performances, recorded between August 19 and August 30, 1974. From the bluesy atmosphere of 'Good Time Charlie’s Got The Blues' and the powerful 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' to unforgettable performances of 'Suspicious Minds', 'Spanish Eyes', 'My Boy' and 'You Gave Me a Mountain', this album captures Elvis performing a fascinating mixture of Rock, Blues, Ballads and beautiful showstoppers.

The compilation comes on 180-gram premium vinyl in five transparent colors: orange, red, blue, violet and magenta.

Paul Alner announced the January 2027 release of volume 3 in his 'Elvis on Record' U.K. discography series.

Publicity stated: Two years of extensive research has brought together 580 pages of record releases featuring every known variation during the period 1982 until the end of the century. This book is limited to just 150 numbered copies.
