Here are two new colored vinyl Record Store Day releases from the French VPI / LMLR record label, titled 'Elvis Is Black' (3 x LP orange and black, white and black and silver and black colored vinyll) and 'He Was The One - Elvis Sings Aaron Schroeder' (2-LP on double-split colored vinyl).
Details 'Elvis Is Black': This triple album, offers no less than fifty-three titles, making this a unique compilation. Compiled from scratch this new this exceptional set pays tribute to all the fabulous authors and composers who contributed to the work and legacy of Elvis. It is an incomparable, flamboyant, everlasting collection!
Details 'He Was The One': Aaron Schroeder wrote no less than seventeen songs for Elvis between 1956 and 1962, including five number one hits! A status he shares with about fifteen other prolific songwriters.
This album includes mainly Alternate Takes of songs recorded during this period, both studio and film. A very large number of them have been released on singles that scored big on charts around the world like 'Any Way You Want Me' as the flip-side of 'Love Me Tender.'
