The weekly Elvis Presley chart update. In the United Kingdom all of Elvis albums drop on the charts, some loosing close to 50 spots. The only good news from the British Isles is the re-appearance of two country titles on the Official Country Compilations chart Top 20.
In the United States our man slightly improves himself on the charts after loosing a few spots on most charts last week.
Billboard noted: Elvis Presley’s 'ELV1S 30 #1 Hits' spends two more weeks in the Catalog top 10 (September 3 - #9; September 17 - #3) to reach 9 weeks in the top 10 this year, more than its overall previous top 10 total (8 weeks). A sales shift to The Essential Elvis Presley pushed the former album of the charts on Sep 24, while the latter logged its first top 10 weeks (#7 – September 24; #9 – October 1) since its debut week (August 17, 2013 - #8).
In Greece Elvis climbed from #43 to #7 on the album chart.
Elvis Presley is currently listed on the charts in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Scotland, Ireland and Greece. In Austria "Elvis has left the charts".
